Welcome!
Hi, I am Angie. I consistently show up for clients and respond to inquiry calls and emails Monday - Friday within 24-48 hours. I offer a down-to-earth and curious attitude. I am compassionate and accepting, using humor to encourage or challenge you when appropriate. I have been told by clients, "You inspire me." I am direct, open, and candid in a gentle way that clients seem to appreciate. I use a strength-based and trauma-informed approach. See list of typical clients I work with, the therapy modes I utilize, and the interventions I teach listed below. I look forward to hearing from you and exploring how I can support you.
Together, we can find the support and tools you need to feel heard, empowered, and in control of your life.
I specialize with Anxiety, Trauma, Addiction, Depression, Workplace dissatisfaction, Religious Trauma, and Major Life Transitions. I support individuals recovering from Grief (death, divorce, loss) and Stress (work/relationship/other).

Curious if EMDR or other evidence-based therapy interventions can help you? Do you struggle to make decisions or have low self-esteem? Believe in Possibilities
Confidence in your decisions begins with trusting your intuition, honoring your values, and drawing from your life experience. Even in the face of uncertainty, remember: every choice is a chance to learn, grow, and move closer to who you’re becoming. Trust yourself—you can move through life’s challenges more than you may realize. With intention and practice, you can strengthen your ability to connect, express, and care for yourself and others.
Being mindful of your emotions allows you to recognize and manage overwhelming feelings, helping you stay grounded and calm even in challenging situations. Emotional awareness is the first step toward emotional resilience.
Practical tools like breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and positive affirmations can support you in finding emotional balance. These simple, accessible practices can make a meaningful difference, helping you reconnect with your inner strength and move through life’s difficulties with greater ease.
Furthermore, when you extend love and compassion to yourself, that same care often begins to flow more freely into your relationships with others. Personal growth isn't about perfection—it's about progress. And every small, intentional step you take can lead to lasting resilience, deeper connection, and a more peaceful mindset—for yourself and those around you.
